What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Shipping costs and delivery method will be calculated during checkout. As most of our products are indeed lightweight, delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of the product and the country of destination.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
You can make payment through PayPal or direct transfer to our bank account. You can pay faster and safer using a PayPal account. Should you wish to pay by bank transfer, you will be given our bank details.
How long will delivery take?
For orders below 2 Kg: service standard is 1 day for Portugal, 3 days for Europe, and 5 days for other countries. Orders weighing 2 kg or more: the service standard is 3 days for Portugal (7 to 15 days in Madeira and Azores), 5 days for Europe, and 7 days for other countries. If the product is in stock, we make our best effort to ship it in the first 24 hours after payment being confirmed. We cannot, however, guarantee the service provided by a third party. If, by any chance, you wish to receive your Lovely product faster, send us a message and we'll try to provide for express shipping (cost will by higher though).
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We don't process any payments through our online store. Therefore, no sensible data like account numbers and card codes are ever stored in our server. Payments through PayPal rely probably in the most secure infrastructure for online payments.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You'll be presented with the payment method of your choice. As soon as we confirm payment, we deliver the package to our carrier for shipping. A tracking number will be issued and you'll be able to track your order as it travels to it's destination.
