We have made an effort to display colors and images of our products as accurately as possible through the photos on this website. We cannot, however, guarantee that your computer’s display will be accurate, specially the colors.

Many of our products are handmade and as such differ slightly from one item to the next – even within the same design. These minor differences are not faults but the charm of handmade products.


All prices on are stated in euros (€). Final price is fixed and will be charged in EUR €. The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied by your credit card company when your account is debited. Please note that rate used by your bank or credit card company may not be the exact rate as stated at time of purchase. The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but including Portuguese VAT (23%).


You can make payment through PayPal or direct transfer to our bank account. You can pay faster and safer using a PayPal account. Should you wish to pay by bank transfer, you will be given our bank details.


A digital signed invoice is sent from a certified invoicing app, by email, after payment is completed.

Shipping and deliveries

All deliveries are sent with tracking number, signed for mail. We will not be held accountable for damaged products once they leave for delivery. If items get lost or damaged, customer should contact us. All effort will be made to resolve the issue.

Shipping costs and delivery method  will be calculated after order is defined.

Uncollected Items

Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items. Return shipment for uncollected items may be subject to additional taxes, costs or charges levied by customs or other parties, none of which will be refunded by Lovely.

Extra duties and charges

Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches destination country. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur in any such additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Return & exchange policy

We understand that it can be hard to choose online so if, when you receive you item/s, you are not happy with your purchase, send them back to us within 14 days in their original packaging with tags still attached, along with proof of purchase and we will refund the purchase price. Once the returned item(s) are received, the charges will be refunded to the customer (though initial postage costs are non-refundable) the same way payment has been done. Please obtain proof of postage at the post office. Lovely won’t refund any packages that may be lost in their return route and with no proof of postage.


In the event of a dispute, the customer can turn to alternative Dispute Resolution Bodies.
